Bosco, a Sky Park Above Brickell

The December 2025 fact sheet describes Bosco as a 40-foot sky park about 500 feet above the city. Shared outdoor space sits in the middle of the building, between its two main residential collections.

The program includes landscaped paths and decks, meditation areas, a social terrace for films and performances, a lawn for yoga and fitness, a refreshment lounge and a mezzanine with smaller seating areas.

  • Sculptural climbing wall integrated into the landscape
  • Multipurpose sports courts and social table games
  • Areas for children to play and explore

Four Settings Through the Building

Terra

A 24-hour gourmet market, bakery and meeting place with lobby access. The fact sheet lists bread and pastries, prepared food, groceries and an open kitchen. Terra is planned for residents and the public.

Uva

A wine bar, restaurant and wine store with dining rooms upstairs and an outdoor terrace. The program includes tastings, wine education, a cigar humidor and owner access to the store.

Fuoco

Wood-fire cooking, two indoor dining rooms joined by a pergola terrace, an open kitchen, a crudo bar and private dining. Dining guests enter at pedestrian level.

Vento

Rooftop dining with Asian-inspired cuisine, mixology, outdoor seating, a lounge and fire pit, and a stage for live performances.

77 Club

A members-only rooftop lounge with private dining, outdoor seating and cultural programming. The December 2025 fact sheet treats it as a distinct part of the rooftop experience.

In-Residence Services

Planned services include dining, refrigerator stocking, private chef and catering arrangements, housekeeping, laundry and event support. Confirm service charges for the residence.

Restaurant access and private residential space are different parts of Ora. Terra welcomes the public, Fuoco has a pedestrian entrance, and the owner lounge is reserved for owners. The dedicated elevator routes matter because hospitality is part of the building's daily operation. Review access and service terms alongside the residence plan.
